After serving the esteemed Park Hyatt Dubai for five years, Luis Cobo has now been elevated to the position of general manager. Cobo, with his extensive hospitality experience, had previously navigated the hotel through the challenges of Covid-19, launched several chic restaurants, and successfully integrated the hotel into the Dubai Creek Resort's expansive masterplan.

Cobo began his journey in the hospitality industry over a decade ago in 2009 at the Four Seasons in Paris. His career then took him to the Four Seasons in French Polynesia, and later to London's Canary Wharf as the housekeeping supervisor for the same brand.

In 2014, Cobo moved to Dubai and took on the role of resort assistant manager at Four Seasons during its initial opening phase. His hard work and dedication led to a promotion as the guest services manager, after which he moved back to London to assume the role of front office manager at The Connaught.

In 2018, he joined Park Hyatt Dubai as the manager of the rooms division, climbing up the ranks to become the director of rooms a year later, followed by resident manager/EAM. Prior to his recent promotion, he had been serving as the hotel manager since 2021.
