Rizwan Shaikh has been appointed as General Manager at Jabal Omar Jumeirah
Jumeirah Group has appointed its general manager to spearhead the inauguration and leadership of the Jabal Omar Jumeirah in Makkah. This five-tower establishment, offering over 1,000 rooms, signifies the inaugural presence of the Dubai Holding brand in Saudi Arabia and stands as its most expansive property to date.
Rizwan Shaikh will step into this role, transitioning from his previous position at the Fairmont Riyadh. This move aligns with Jumeirah's strategic expansion in Saudi Arabia, as they also plan to launch their second establishment, Jumeirah The Red Sea, in the Kingdom by 2024.
Upon its debut, the Jumeirah in Makkah will feature 1,033 keys, inclusive of 88 apartments, and will offer guests stunning vistas of the Grand Mosque.
