Eric Pellen has been appointed as Executive Chef at Fairmont Amman
Fairmont Amman has announced Eric Pellen as executive chef.
With a career spanning 33 years in renowned kitchens around the world, Pellen brings his expertise to Fairmont Amman from his most recent role as a culinary consultant in the United Kingdom.
His career has taken him to renowned hotels such as the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort in Vietnam, where he served as director of food and beverage; the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski in Cairo, where he was executive chef and the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta in Indonesia, where he also served as an executive chef.
The French national's culinary journey has also taken him to celebrated establishments such as the Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Muscat, the Four Seasons Hotel San Stefanos in Alexandria, Egypt, The St. Regis Doha in Qatar and the Grand InterContinental hotel in Seoul, South Korea.
