Anthony Olheiser has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage at Fontainebleau Las Vegas
Anthony Olheiser brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience to Fontainebleau Las Vegas, having held multiple leadership roles - Vice President of Food and Beverage, Executive Director, and Executive Director of Brand Activation, among others -- on the Strip. Previously, Olheiser served as Director of Food and Beverage for The Ritz Carlton in Los Angeles and JW Marriott Los Angeles at LA LIVE. Currently, Olheiser currently serves on the board of the Epicurean Charitable Foundation in Las Vegas.
