Joseph Leibowitz has been appointed as Vice President of Culinary at Fontainebleau Las Vegas
Joseph Leibowitz joins Fontainebleau Las Vegas by way of the acclaimed Michael Mina Restaurant Group, where he most recently held the role of Vice President of Culinary Operations and played an integral part in the company's relationships with its hotel partners. His career spans over 17 years in executive food and beverage roles both on the Strip and in Massachusetts, where he successfully contributed to the opening and operations of more than 55 restaurants and lounges.
