Juyoung Kang has been appointed as Director of Beverage Development at Fontainebleau Las Vegas

Juyoung Kang is in award-winning veteran of the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas cocktail scenes, and she also served as Food and Beverage Manager at Bond St Restaurant and Lounge inside the Thompson Hotel in Beverly Hills. She is the recipient of Bombay Sapphire's "Most Imaginative Bartender" People's Choice award, "Bartender of the Year" at the Nevada Restaurants Culinary Excellence Awards, Wine Enthusiast's "40 under 40" in 2017, and the Nightclub and Bar Award for Best Cocktail Bar in Las Vegas.
