Veronika Szabo has been appointed as Director of Marketing & Communications at One&Only Royal Mirage
Veronika Szabo has been appointed the director of marketing at One&Only Resorts Dubai. Prior to this, she was the director of PR and marketing at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island.
Szabo has spent the past 12 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts across Europe and the Middle East. She started her journey in Budapest working as account director for public relations firm, Porter Novelli then moving as managing director at LEWIS PR.
Szabo then took on the role of associate director of PR and communication at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace.
In 2014, she moved to Bahrain, working as pre-opening director of public relations and marketing communications at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay and took over as the director of PR and marketing at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island in 2019.
For the past 20 years, Szabo has been helping businesses stand out from the clutter through brand storytelling, strategic social media content management, and digital marketing. Her corporate communications expertise expands into FMCG, information technology, hospitality, and destination marketing.
In her new role, Szabo will take charge of the marketing for One&Only Royal Mirage, overseeing the property's 438 rooms and suites, 17 restaurants, lounges and the expansive spa with 15 treatment rooms.
