Raffi Torikian has been appointed as General Manager at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina

In his new position, Torikian will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, leading the team in delivering operational growth and guest experiences.

Torikian is a seasoned hotelier known for his prowess in team development, cost control, revenue growth, high guest satisfaction ratings and establishing robust training programs. His people-oriented approach has led to successful team achievements.

Bringing over 22 years of commercial and operational experience in the hospitality industry to Dubai, Torikian held various leadership roles across multiple disciplines . He joins the team from Voco Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia where he was the general manager. Before that served as hotel manager at IHG in Kuwait.

Torikian embarked on his professional journey with IHG Hotels & Resorts at InterContinental Le Vendome in Beirut in the commercial team. His experience also extends to roles in the UAE as director of hotel operations at Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), where he oversaw operations for a portfolio of seven properties and sales and marketing roles in Dubai. He spent eight-years at InterContinental Le Vendome, refining his skills and industry knowledge. A Lebanese-Armenian national, Torikian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Marketing from Notre Dame University.
