Eoin Whelan has been appointed as Food & Beverage Director at Shangri-La Dubai

Originally from Ireland, Eoin Whelan brings a wealth of experience, spanning over 15 years in the hospitality industry. His career journey has included prominent roles in renowned establishments such as Four Seasons, Ashford Castle Hotel, Maybourne Hotel Group, and Gordon Ramsay's acclaimed Savoy Grill in London.

In 2014, he embarked on a new adventure in the UAE, joining Jumeirah Group, where he assumed various roles, culminating in his tenure as director of food & beverage at Zabeel House. Most recently, Eoin served as the executive assistant manager - food & beverage at Le Royal Meridien Dubai.

Whelan's background in the food and beverage industry, coupled with his expertise in concept development, hotel and restaurant openings, and outlet marketing, positions him as a valuable addition to their team, says the hotel.
