The new hire will be responsible for overseeing the operations of premium, midscale, and economy brands across the country, maintaining service standards, and guest satisfaction.

Sinan Köseoğlu has been appointed as Accor's new vice president of operations for Turkey. He joins Accor Turkey with a track record and wealth of experience in various leadership roles. With over thirty years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, Köseoğlu is an industry veteran and brings a wealth of expertise to Accor Turkey, having held key positions across renowned brands in prominent regions such as the Middle East, Russia, CIS, and Asia.

Previously serving in the UAE as vice president of Asset Management at Abu Dhabi National Hotels; a hospitality group encompassing hotels, restaurants, destination management services, food and beverage services and transportation, Köseoğlu will be relocating to Istanbul for the new role.

At the core of Köseoğlu's strategy for the group is the development and implementation of a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals, ensuring exceptional guest experiences by implementing high service standards across all hotel functions. This includes constantly monitoring and evaluating the performance of each department, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences.
