Arjun Singh has been appointed as Cluster Executive Chef at Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay
Arjun Singh has a decade of experience and has previously worked as senior sous chef at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Waterfront, junior sous chef at Dubai's Fire Lake Grill House & Cocktail Bar and chef de partie at various other establishments.
The hotel says his expertise also extends to cooking techniques with open fire and specialises in American and Mexican cuisine.
