Michael Marshall has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at S Hotels & Resorts
S Hotels and Resorts Public Company Limited (SHR), a leading hotels and resorts operator in Singha Estate Group, announces the resignation of Mr. Dirk Andre Lena De Cuyper's from his position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and SHR Board of Directors resolves to approve the appointment of Mr. Michael Marshall as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The appointment will take effect from 16 November 2023.
Mr. Marshall is set to strengthen the company's business operations in pursuit of excellence across all dimensions and boost its capabilities for sustainable growth. His focus will be on the following five key components:
- Expanding Hospitality Business Portfolio Worldwide with a focus on developing SHR's brands and partnerships with top world-class brands.
- Creating unique experience and sustainable tourism by connecting guests to the nature and local culture.
- Collaborating with reliable business partners so as to pursue opportunities for joint investments that will accelerate growth and entry into emerging markets
- Designing New Portfolio for Hospitality Business from 2024 onward
- Implementing Assets Rotation Strategy in pursuit of robust and stable growth.
