Diyana Chimlyarova has been appointed as General Manager at Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche
The largest hotel in the portfolio of Gromaxx Hotels Management, Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche has announced the appointment of its general manager.
Diyana Chimlyarova brings a wealth of experience to her new role as general manager of Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche.
She has eight years of sales and marketing experience across different roles, having risen to the position of cluster director of sales and marketing before transitioning to operations.
Chimlyarova is known for cherishing diversity and managing people across cultures, making her an invaluable asset to the company leadership team and the hotel.
During her time as operations manager, Chimlyarova led the hotel to great heights by generating the highest employee satisfaction scores to date. Under her guidance, the hotel also acquired a liquor license and completed partial renovations while embarking on an ambitious project to revamp floors and rooms, bringing the establishment to the forefront of the Gromaxx Hotels Management portfolio.
As the general manager, Chimlyarova will oversee the hotel's operations. Her responsibilities encompass ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining profitability, and effectively managing the hotel's staff. Chimlyarova will supervise day-to-day activities, set strategic objectives, manage budgets, uphold quality standards, address guest concerns, and facilitate collaboration between different hotel departments.
