Marie-Charlotte Deleuze, with over seventeen years of experience in recruitment, team management, and work organization within the hospitality sector, has assumed the role of Human Resources Manager at the Beaumier Group. Her primary responsibility in this position is to bring to fruition the social aspirations of the group by fostering the growth of employee competencies.
The Beaumier Group, a significant player in the hospitality and restaurant industry, operates ten establishments spanning from the South of France to the Balearic Islands, and the French and Swiss Alps. Additionally, they are preparing to open a new location in Wengen in the summer of 2024.
Marie-Charlotte Deleuze's career began in 2006 when she joined Huttopia, an ecotourism-focused group, initially as a recruitment manager. Over time, she ascended the ranks and eventually, from 2012 to 2018, became the HR Manager for Campings and Villages Huttopia, overseeing HR policies for a workforce ranging from 250 to 800 employees. In this role, she also managed recruitment campaigns, supported employee profiles and career development, and served as a trusted business partner to team leaders.
A Specialist in Attractiveness From 2018 to 2020, Marie-Charlotte Deleuze held the position of HR Manager for Huttopia's Lyon base camp and corporate division. Her role remained pivotal within the group as she also spearheaded the company's employer branding efforts on HR-focused social networks. Subsequently, from 2021 to 2022, she took charge of the Attractiveness division, earning a spot on the Executive Committee. In this role, she played a key role in recruitment and the strengthening of the employer brand.
Expertise in Ecotourism In October 2022, Marie-Charlotte Deleuze transitioned to Mess Family, a family-owned enterprise in the hospitality and restaurant sector, operating in prominent Alpine resorts. Here, she crafted an HR strategy, executed recruitment campaigns, and facilitated the company's growth. Furthermore, her experience in ecotourism, honed during her time at Huttopia, aligns seamlessly with the Beaumier Group's commitment to local sourcing, environmental preservation, and regional development—an ethos that resonates strongly with both employees and customers.
An Ambitious Vision Within the Beaumier Group, Marie-Charlotte Deleuze now spearheads a visionary initiative. Her ambition is to guide employees in crafting and realizing individualized career paths that cater to their unique needs.
