The H Dubai has recently appointed Sultan Baddar as their new director of human resources. Baddar, a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, possesses over twenty years of experience. His role at The H Dubai encompasses enhancing employee morale, innovating recruitment strategies, and spearheading diversity and inclusion efforts to foster a more inclusive work environment. Baddar's extensive background is rooted in his education in Applied Educational Sciences from the University of Jordan, complemented by his studies in psychology, sociology, methodology, and English & American Literature. His career in the hospitality sector initiated in Amman in 2000, leading him to assume pivotal roles in prestigious international hotel chains.
