Macleod's career spans more than two decades across North America, the Middle East, China, and South East Asia and has a background Japanese, Mediterranean and modern Chinese. The hotel says he has a consistent and creative approach.
His career has taken him to hotel brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont and Mandarin Oriental.
Trevor Allan Macleod is an alumnus of Algonquin College .
