Samith James has been appointed as Executive Pastry Chef at Raffles the Palm Dubai
James' experience includes setting up pastry and bakery operations in luxury establishments around the world. His career began in Melbourne, Australia, working on the confectionary selection across five venues.
The hotel says he is renowned for his proficiency in artisanal bakery, chocolate artistry, the craftsmanship of novelty cakes, recipe innovation, and the science of baking and pastry.
In his new role, he will revamp the patisserie offerings at Raffles The Palm Dubai.
