Dames is based in Dubai and joins as a highly regarded HR leader with extensive experience in the Middle East and Asia.
Dames' extensive travels and diverse roles, from overseeing HR in entertainment complexes to managing HR and Learning and Development programs, as well as running his own businesses, showcase his adaptability and varied experience.
He boasts an outstanding portfolio of certifications and qualifications, including an Honours in Employee/Labour Relations from the University of Johannesburg and a BA in Psychology from the University of Pretoria. He is also a certified professional coach.
