Transitioning from his role as front office manager at Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites, Bizhkenov's versatile skills and adaptability to last-minute changes have earned him the position of director of rooms.
With 14 years of consistent performance within the Rixos family, he has contributed to guest retention and played a significant role in developing the resort's Suite Collections.
As director of rooms, he will lead a team of over 170 individuals across multiple departments, continuing his valuable contributions to the prestigious Rixos brand.
