Tritz has a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry and joins the all-suite property from Shanghai, China.
The GM has worked for Kempinski for her entire career to date, having previously worked in Doha at Marsa Malaz Kempinski - The Pearl.
In her new position, Tritz will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the island's operations, with a focus on enhancing the residents' stay to new levels of comfort, luxury, and sophistication.
