Misty Pacheco has been appointed as Director of Sales at The Pensacola Beach Resort
The Pensacola Beach Resort, located along the 800 ft. of snow-white sand beaches in the Florida Panhandle, has appointed Misty Pacheco to director of sales. Pacheco has assumed the position immediately and has already started managing sales for the property, soliciting new business opportunities for the 161-room resort.
With over 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Pacheco is a seasoned professional who knows how to make your event a success. Her most recent role as the director of catering and convention services at The Hilton Pensacola Beach & Holiday Inn Resort provided her with extensive knowledge of the market, and she has successfully coordinated events for up to 2,000 attendees. Before joining the team in Florida, Pacheco worked in hotels in New York City, where she managed group events such as meetings and social functions. Pacheco's expertise promises to elevate our events and meetings to a new standard.
In her new role, Pacheo will work with the hotel team to secure and host various events at the property's recently renovated 1,200 square feet of event space. The space is perfect for unique meetings, conferences, retreats, or destination weddings. The Lagoon Room, with its elegant ambiance, can accommodate up to 80 guests. The Blue Angels Boardroom, located right next to it, can seat up to 11 people and has professional AV equipment. The hotel also provides on-site catering for all events. Furthermore, the hotel has over 800 ft. of beachfront event space, which is perfect for small social gatherings and weddings.
