During her time there, she played a vital role in enhancing guest experiences and ensuring operational efficiency at one of London's most iconic hotels.
Prior to her role at Shangri-La The Shard, Porrmann held significant leadership positions at renowned hotels, demonstrating her ability to streamline operational processes, improve guest satisfaction, and boost revenue growth.
Her rich experience gained from prestigious hotel chains including the Landmark Lancaster Hotel Group, SBE, Ennismore, and Hilton has honed her skills and leadership abilities across various countries, including the United Kingdom, Australia, Qatar and Germany.
