Her foray into the hotel industry marked a significant milestone in her career, holding various roles in hotel sales departments across renowned international brands such as IHG, Radisson, and Marriott Hotels before joining Grand Hyatt Istanbul as the director of sales and marketing for the past two years.
Throughout her 20-year career, Osmanoglu has been guided by three core principles: work discipline, perfectionism, and an unwavering passion for her profession and her team.
