With over twenty-four years of extensive experience in human resources and talent management, Jenniffer brings invaluable expertise to her new role. As the Cluster Director of Talent and Culture, she will spearhead all facets of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies across the various Human Resource departments.

Having previously served as the Cluster Director of Human Resources, Jenniffer boasts a distinguished track record of introducing pioneering HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, foster diversity and inclusion, and significantly contribute to organizational triumph.

In her new capacity, Jenniffer will collaborate closely with department heads and stakeholders to craft and execute talent strategies that align with Movenpick Hotel's overarching business objectives. Additionally, she will champion the creation of a positive and inclusive company ethos, empowering employees to realize their utmost potential.

Jenniffer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Indian and is widely acknowledged as a thought leader in the field of human resources. She will be based in Movenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai, overseeing talent and culture initiatives across various responsibilities.
