Her career has been distinguished by significant achievements, most recently serving as the Director of Revenue Management at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in optimizing revenue streams and implementing innovative pricing strategies that significantly boosted the hotel's financial performance.

Before her role at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Iraida held key positions at Rosewood Hotel Abu Dhabi and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Doha, where she honed her skills in market analysis, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization. Her deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and revenue management will be instrumental in driving our growth and success across our cluster of properties.
