Hulya Pasin has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl
Hulya Pasin has joined Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi as its new director of food & beverage.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Pasin brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to her new role, the hotel says.
Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, Hulya's journey in hospitality was inspired by her mother, an accomplished operations manager in aviation.
She began her career at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul, as a food and beverage trainee, later flourishing across global hubs such as the USA, Doha, and Dubai, playing pivotal roles in the preopening teams of The Ritz-Carlton DIFC and The Ritz-Carlton Almaty.
Transitioning to IHG and then Hilton's DoubleTree by Hilton JBR, Pasin continued to innovate, leading initiatives that enhanced guest experiences and operational efficiencies, her new employers say.
In her role at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, Pasin will oversee the strategic direction of the food and beverage department.
