Nick Patmore has been appointed as Managing Director at Ciel hotel in Dubai Marina
First Group Hospitality has named Nick Patmore as the Managing Director of the upcoming Ciel hotel in Dubai Marina. The new tower, which will overlook Dubai Harbour, is set to become the world's tallest hotel once completed.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Patmore will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations at this iconic property. His mission will be to maximize the hotel's profitability while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Prior to this role, Patmore served as the hotel manager at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai in Business Bay. He has also held key positions at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai, and One&Only Cape Town, where he gained a reputation for his expertise in food and beverage operations and managing high-volume hotels.
Throughout his career, Patmore has collaborated with renowned celebrity chefs such as Nobu Matsuhisa, Gordon Ramsay, and Reuben Riffel. Outside of his professional achievements, he is recognized for his competitive nature and passion for cycling and triathlons, having participated in the T100 triathlon series and Ironman events.
