Scott Valentine has been promoted to corporate vice president of food and beverage at Rotana, where he will lead the company's F&B strategy, driving innovation and ensuring exceptional quality and service. Reporting directly to COO Eddy Tannous, Valentine will also oversee the development of new restaurant concepts and outlets. His promotion follows his success as corporate director of culinary since 2019, during which he played a key role in enhancing Rotana's culinary offerings and sustainability initiatives, including the introduction of Chef's Eye technology. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Valentine has collaborated with award-winning chefs, opened multiple restaurants, and founded the Chefs Association in Tanzania. He holds a Food and Beverage Management Certificate from Cornell University and has received prestigious accolades, such as a Michelin Recommendation in London and a Fodor's award.
