Thomas Peruzzo has been appointed as Cluster General Manager at One&Only One Za’abeel & SIRO One Za’abeel
Kerzner International has named Thomas Peruzzo as the cluster general manager for both One&Only One Za'abeel and SIRO One Za'abeel in Dubai. With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Peruzzo will be responsible for the strategic direction and daily operations of these two high-end properties. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at Armani Hotels & Resorts in Dubai and Milan, where he managed Armani Hotel Dubai at the Burj Khalifa and Armani Hotel Milano. He also served as managing director of the hospitality division at Artprojekt Gruppe in Berlin and as area managing director at the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm in Germany, further cementing his expertise in luxury property management.
One&Only One Za'abeel, described as an 'urban vertical resort,' marks the first time the luxury brand has ventured into a city setting rather than a traditional resort location. Part of the wider One Za'abeel development, the project also includes the debut of the SIRO hotel and The Link, a high-end dining and leisure destination with an infinity pool on a cantilever bridge. The resort boasts rooms, suites, and the Villa One penthouse, all designed by Jean-Michel Gathy with interiors inspired by the surrounding Za'abeel landscape. The Link offers dining from renowned chefs, and the UAE's first Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie provides wellness and longevity-focused services across three floors.
