limehome, Europe's leading technology-based operator of fully digitalized short term rentals, hires Will Kingston as the company's Director of Expansion for the United Kingdom. Kingston's appointment marks a key step in limehome's growth trajectory, aiming to extend its successful model from 11 European markets into the UK.
In his new role, Kingston will oversee the market entry and the growth of the company's UK portfolio, focusing on the region's main business and leisure travel destinations. limehome is targeting in a first wave of expansion the UKs top 30 cities with short term rental and hotel assets. The company is seeking opportunities that range from 20 to 200 keys for operational properties, new developments and conversion opportunities.
Will Kingston brings a wealth of experience to limehome, having previously held roles at Sonder and Marsh & Parsons, among other notable firms in the real estate industry. He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Investment Finance from Oxford Brookes University, complemented by studies in Hotel Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
