Maja Corridon has led the spa and recreation offerings at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers since April 2024, bringing her passion for luxury wellness and dynamic leadership to the role. Overseeing a 13-treatment-room spa and advanced recreation facilities, she ensures exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth, crafting innovative strategies, and inspiring her team.
Previously, Corridon served as Director of Spa & Recreation at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, where she played a vital role in the resort's pre-opening, elevating wellness offerings while exceeding performance targets. She also contributed to Marriott International's EMEA Guest Experience Advisory Board, shaping regional spa standards.
With a global career spanning the USA, Middle East, and Balkans, Corridon has transformed wellness destinations across regions. Armed with a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Sarajevo and an Esthetician license from Denver, Colorado, she blends creativity and expertise to improve luxury wellness.
