In this new role, Dillion's vision is focused on increasing the hotels occupancy rates, expanding market reach, and boosting profitability through innovative strategies. As commercial director he plans on using his B2C and B2B sales and marketing skills to broaden the hotels audience, attracting a range of guests from leisure travellers to corporate clients, all while keeping the hotel a preferred destination for events and gatherings.

Dillion has worked with multiple highly esteemed brands throughout the years, including Marriott Hotels, ME Dubai by Melia, and Emaar Hospitality Group. Through these groups he has worked across Asia, UAE, USA, Europe, and Australia. He has consistently maximized occupancy rates, elevated revenue streams, and driven guest satisfaction.
