Linderts brings an impressive 14 years' experience in the spa, beauty, and wellness industry, along with a proven track record of excellence in luxury spa management, wellness programme development, and team leadership.
She joins the resort from her role as director of spa, wellness, and recreation at Anantara Kihavah Maldives, where she oversaw multiple departments, driving innovation, revenue growth, and unparalleled guest experiences. Her responsibilities included managing daily operations, creating strategic sales and marketing initiatives, and developing wellness programmes to enhance and enrich guest wellbeing.
A graduate of the esteemed Isa Carstens Academy in South Africa, Linderts holds advanced diplomas in Health & Skincare, as well as Spa Management and Aesthetics. Her professional journey includes roles with world-class brands such as Burj Al Arab, Natura Bissé, and Radisson Collection Hotels, where she honed her expertise in operational management, financial forecasting, and staff mentorship.
