Patrick Berwald has been appointed Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage at EOS Hospitality

EOS Hospitality, a full-service hotel management company with a portfolio of best-in-class hotels and resorts, vacation rentals, and specialty lodging, has appointed Patrick Berwald as Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage. In this role, Berwald will oversee all food and beverage operations across EOS Hospitality's portfolio, focusing on innovation and strategic growth. EOS Hospitality currently operates more than 50 hotels and resorts, totaling more than 7,000 keys across the United States.
With more than 25 years of diverse hospitality experience, Patrick Berwald joins EOS Hospitality from Pyramid Global Hospitality, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage and was a key figure in the company's success in annual revenues across its 170 properties. During his time with the company, he launched enterprise-wide procurement and beverage programs, optimized business analytics, and curated food and beverage concepts in collaboration with renowned chefs such as Masaharu Morimoto, Elizabeth Blau, José Andrés, and Roy Yamaguchi.
Berwald's career has been defined by his ability to navigate industry shifts, cultivate high-performing teams, and consistently surpass revenue expectations. Through his progressive roles at Loews Hotels & Co. and Pyramid Global Hospitality, he has showcased proven expertise in overseeing expansive portfolios, driving substantial revenue growth, and spearheading innovative food and beverage strategies that enhance both guest experience and operational efficiency. Under his leadership at EOS Hospitality, he will work with property teams to continue to deliver distinctive, guest-centric dining experiences that not only meet but anticipate the evolving expectations of today's travelers. He will use his knowledge and expertise to introduce strategic and emerging industry trends across the portfolio, such as wellness-driven menus, experiential cocktail programs, and hyper-local culinary storytelling.
In 2024, Berwald's contributions to the hospitality industry were recognized when he was appointed to the F&B committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, further solidifying his influence in the field. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, he has continuously leveraged his expertise to drive innovation and excellence in food and beverage operations. Originally from Texas, Berwald now resides in The Woodlands with his wife, an accomplished chef, their 8-year-old daughter, and their 14-year-old pug. He enjoys exploring new culinary concepts, mentoring emerging industry talent, and creating exceptional dining experiences.
