Nawaf Hasan has been promoted to Cluster Hotel Manager at Grand Mercure Dubai City & ibis Styles Dubai Airport

Grand Mercure Dubai City and ibis Styles Dubai Airport have announced the promotion of Nawaf Hasan to cluster hotel manager. With 23 years of hospitality experience, Hasan will oversee the comprehensive operations of both properties.

As cluster hotel manager at Grand Mercure Dubai City and ibis Styles Dubai, Hasan will lead the team to maintain the high standards of operational controls, ensuring strict adherence to Accor's core standards, policies, and service excellence.

Prior to the promotion, Hasan served as cluster director of operations acting general manager. His background includes roles at renowned hotels, including outlet manager at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara, and operations manager at Fairmont Dubai Sheik Zayed Road, where he honed in on his skills in operations management and team development.

Hasan's career began at Kempinski Dead Sea Jordan where he served as a restaurant supervisor, before moving to Abu Dhabi in 2009 to join Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara as assistant outlet manager.
