Christina Kraus has joined Wynn Resorts, Limited as Executive Director - People and Culture
Christina Kraus, a Hotelier Award-winner, has made a significant career move by joining Wynn Resorts as the executive director - people and culture at Wynn Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.
Kraus shared the news on LinkedIn expressing her gratitude for the warm welcome received from her new colleagues.
Kraus was previously senior director of human resources at Jumeirah, and was named HR/Training Person of the Year at the Hotelier Middle East Awards 2021 while at Jumeirah Al Naseem.
At Wynn Resorts, which will house the UAE's first casino, Kraus will work under the leadership of Tom J. Roelens and alongside Max Tappeiner, the resort's president. The Wynn Al Marjan Island, set to be the first integrated gaming resort in the MENA region, is rapidly progressing in construction with 55 percent of the structural concrete completed and aims to open in 2027.
