Hilton Doha The Pearl has announced the appointment of Jusef El Mokdad as its new director of operations. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, El Mokdad will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and optimising performance across all departments.
In his new role, El Mokdad will focus on enhancing service quality, streamlining operational processes, and fostering a culture of excellence within the hotel.
El Mokdad, a seasoned hospitality professional, brings a wealth of expertise in food and beverage management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Prior to joining Hilton Doha The Pearl, he held senior positions within Hilton in the Middle East and Europe, including director of F&B at Hilton Doha and Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas, where he successfully led high-performing teams and drove significant commercial growth.
Throughout his career, he has achieved several milestones, including winning the Hilton Excellence Award with AlRayyan Hotel Doha, Curio Collection by Hilton in 2018, and leading the refurbishment, reopening, and repositioning of Hudson Yards Lounge, Bar & Dining at Hilton Frankfurt City Centre. Additionally, he has played a key role in securing multiple dining awards for food and drink venues at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas.
