Shamala Krishnan has been appointed as Cluster Director of Human Resources at The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk Cluster
Krishnan joins Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk as its new director of human resources. She brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in shaping workplace cultures and leading HR initiatives to the role.
Over her career Krishnan served as director of pre-openings HR for Hilton APAC, overseeing HR strategies during critical pre-opening phases for multiple properties. She also played an instrumental role in championing diversity, equity and inclusion programmes while enhancing workplace engagement, as regional director of human resources for Hilton Malaysia, Philippines and Sri Lanka.
Over the course of her career Krishnan has been recognised for her work, being awarded the Heart of House Award, the Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion Award and accolades as a gender diversity champion.
