Her previous roles span marquee names such as Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai, Hard Rock Hotel Budapest, Royal Caribbean Arabia, and most recently, IHG Hotels at Dubai Festival City.

At Royal Caribbean Arabia, she led regional marketing for both Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises, overseeing brand positioning, digital campaigns, and PR strategy for the Middle East cruise sector. She has also helmed pre-openings, brand repositioning efforts, and destination-led campaigns — launching dining experiences in partnership with renowned chefs and crafting storytelling that drives impact.

Known for her creative thinking, data-led strategy, and media fluency, Drahos-Nambiar has consistently elevated visibility and guest engagement across every touchpoint.
