Pacifica Hotels, a leading owner and operator of boutique hotels across California and Hawaii, announces a new promotion this quarter.
Grace Petralia, an award-winning hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience in event management, catering, and hotel sales, has been promoted to Area Director of Sales for Pacifica Hotels in San Diego. In this role, she now oversees La Jolla Cove Hotel and Wayfarer San Diego, two of the region's most sought-after coastal properties. Petralia previously served as Director of Sales for La Jolla Cove Hotel, where she exceeded her annual revenue target by 178% and was named Sales Leader of the Year among more than 30 properties. Prior to joining Pacifica, she held senior sales roles at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in San Diego, specializing in weddings and social events, and at Bekkers Catering, managing large-scale events and daily operations.
