Krijith Krishnankutty has been appointed as Multi-Property Director of Operations at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf and Marriott Executive Apartments Dubai Creek

Known widely as KK, Krishnankutty brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience across India, Qatar, and the UAE to the role. He most recently served as task force director of operations for Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf and Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf, where he significantly lifted guest satisfaction and guest voice scores above 70 percent across all departments.

His broader leadership track within Marriott includes roles as director of operations at Marriott Executive Apartments Dubai Creek, cluster operations manager, and multi-property food and beverage manager. His expertise spans operations, pre-openings, and F&B strategy, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and business optimisation.

In his new role, Krishnankutty will lead operations across the three properties, supporting service delivery, process improvement, and continued business growth.
