Edward Reese has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at The Horse Shoe Farm

The Horse Shoe Farm today announces the appointment of Edward Reese as its new Director of Food and Beverage. An expert veteran with more than 40 years of culinary expertise, Reese will work alongside newly promoted Executive Chef Brett Suess to lead the food and beverage program at the boutique wellness retreat, including its signature restaurant, The Silo Cookhouse.

Edward Reese

Reese's distinguished career began after his studies at Johnson and Wales University, leading to formative years working alongside James Beard award-winner Frank Stitt. He honed his craft in executive chef positions before opening his own highly successful restaurant, Edward's Fine Food and Wine, in Rosemary Beach, Florida. This venture broadened his expertise from culinary innovation to comprehensive restaurant management, team cultivation, and developing award-winning wine programs. After selling the thriving restaurant in 2017, Reese consulted for other establishments, optimizing their operations and guiding them to success. He now brings this unique combination of culinary passion and operational mastery to The Horse Shoe Farm.
