Raphael Bick has been appointed as Chief Information Officer at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group

Raphael brings over 20 years of experience in technology, digital, and AI, having led transformations for global consumer-facing businesses, including those in hospitality and retail. He has also built and scaled technology delivery capabilities across Asia.

With a passion for innovation and guest-centric experiences, Raphael is excited to lead Mandarin Oriental's technology and AI transformation—enabling more personalised, seamless, and exceptional service for our guests and colleagues.

Originally from Germany, Raphael has worked across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the US. He holds an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and will be based in Hong Kong.
