Evan Moric has been appointed as SVP of Development at PM Hotel Group
PM Hotel Group, a leading hotel management company with a growing national portfolio of core-branded and lifestyle properties, today announced the appointment of Evan Morick as Senior Vice President of Development. In this role, Morick will help lead the company's continued growth through third-party management contracts and strategic partnerships with owners.
With more than 20 years of experience in hotel development, acquisitions, and asset management, Morick has held leadership roles across some of the industry's most respected ownership and management groups. Most recently, he advised Douglas Development Corporation, where he oversaw asset management for a multi-hotel portfolio and supported the company's hotel investment strategies.
Prior to his advisory role, Morick served for over a decade as Senior Vice President of Development at Procaccianti Companies, spearheading growth across hotel and marina platforms nationwide. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions with Kokua Hospitality, Rim Hospitality, Hilton Worldwide, and MeriStar Hospitality Corporation. He began his career with Marriott International and holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland.
Morick's extensive background positions him well to lead PM Hotel Group's next phase of growth, as the company continues to expand its national footprint, focusing on branded, independent, and lifestyle properties in high-growth destinations.
