InterContinental Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences has appointed Erika Anggreini as cluster assistant director of marketing, where she will shape the strategic marketing direction for both the iconic InterContinental Abu Dhabi and the InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi.

Bringing close to 20 years of marketing experience across the Middle East and Asia, Anggreini joins with a reputation for building guest-centric brand narratives that blend creativity with commercial results. Her career spans leadership roles at leading properties including Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Muscat, and The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC in Dubai, before moving into a regional role with Archipelago International, overseeing marketing for a portfolio of more than 200 properties across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.

Most recently, she was based at InterContinental Fujairah Resort, where she spearheaded brand positioning, digital performance, and results-driven campaigns that boosted the resort's visibility across both regional and international markets.

In her new role, Anggreini will be tasked with elevating the cluster's profile through integrated marketing campaigns, enhanced digital engagement, strategic partnerships, and positioning its food and beverage destinations as stand-out offerings in Abu Dhabi's competitive luxury scene. She will also play a key role in driving lifestyle programming and community engagement initiatives to connect with both residents and global travellers.
