Makeready, a Dallas based hospitality company that creates, manages, and operates independent hotel, restaurant, and retail brands, is pleased to announce the expansion of its executive leadership team with the appointment of Lou Lavaux as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Lavaux will oversee accounting, finance, treasury, information technology, payroll, and purchasing.
Lavaux is an accomplished financial executive with deep experience in the hospitality industry. He is skilled in cash flow management, asset management, GAAP accounting, and mergers and acquisitions. A graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Lavaux is recognized for his servant leadership style and ability to build strong connections with teams, guiding organizations through growth and transformation.
