Hagop Tchaparian has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi and Marriott Executive Apartments
Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi is pleased to announce the appointment of Hagop Tchaparian as the new Hotel Manager of Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi and Marriott Executive Apartments, overseeing the day-to-day operations of both properties.
Hagop brings over 20 years of hospitality experience in the Middle East, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and commercial leadership. He has been part of the team as Director of Sales & Marketing for The Abu Dhabi EDITION, Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi, and Marriott Executive Apartments. Prior to that, he held senior commercial roles at Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai, Marriott Al Jaddaf & Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf - Dubai and The Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites. Over the past five months, Hagop served as the Interim Hotel Manager, working closely with the team, supporting daily operations, and strengthening collaboration across all departments.
Beyond his professional life, Hagop is married to Caroline and a proud father to his daughter, Rea. He enjoys horseback riding and the occasional fine cigars, reflecting his appreciation for tradition and leisure.
