Nardine Emil has been appointed as Director of Sales at Swissôtel Al Ghurair
In her new role, Nardine will lead the hotel's Sales department, spearheading commercial strategies across corporate, government, airline, MICE, leisure, and long-stay segments. She will focus on strengthening market positioning, expanding distribution channels, and forging key partnerships to maximise revenue growth and elevate the guest experience.
With 20 years of international experience across the Middle East, Nardine brings a proven track record in strategic leadership, revenue optimisation, and building high-performing sales teams. Most recently, she served as Cluster Director of Sales for the pre-opening teams at Marriott Marquis Dubai and Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel & Residences, where she successfully developed an extensive corporate account portfolio and drove significant revenue growth during the hotels' launch phase.
Throughout her career, Nardine has held senior leadership positions with renowned brands including Starwood, InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott and Hilton. She is recognised for exceeding sales targets, executing growth-focused initiatives, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Nardine combines strategic vision with cultural versatility, ensuring a tailored approach to both clients and teams.
Beyond her professional achievements, Nardine is passionate about community service and building meaningful connections. She enjoys travelling, socialising, swimming, jogging, and reading—pursuits that continue to inspire fresh perspectives and innovative ideas in her work.
