Dean Bannon has been appointed as Vice President, Member Success & Development at The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd (LHW)
The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) has appointed Dean Bannon as Vice President, Member Success & Development, effective January 2026. Relocating from London to New York, Bannon will lead LHW's global member relationship management teams, overseeing Member Success and Membership Development across LHW's portfolio of 425+ independent luxury hotels in more than 80 countries.
Formerly Managing Director of EMEA at LHW, Bannon has helped advance commercial performance in the region while strengthening long-term partnerships with member hotels. He brings 20+ years of luxury hospitality leadership across commercial strategy and growth, including prior roles such as Commercial Director, Grand Hôtel Stockholm, and earlier experience with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Europe. A former hotelier, he brings an on-property perspective grounded in owner and operator needs. Bannon will report to Chris Walker, SVP & Chief Commercial Officer,
