Heather Stege has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Peregrine Hospitality
Peregrine Hospitality, a full-service hospitality company renowned for its precision, agility, and ownership mindset in operating world-class resorts and hotels, has appointed Heather Stege as Chief Operating Officer.
As Chief Operating Officer, Stege will take charge of driving portfolio performance and operational excellence, partnering with executive leadership across Peregrine Hospitality's portfolio of resort, luxury, boutique and select service hotels, to ensure operating consistency and support continued growth.
Stege joins Peregrine Hospitality from KBP Inspired, where she served as Brand President overseeing the Arby's brand across four states and 120 locations. Previously, she was President of Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, where she helped expand into new markets, scale e-commerce, and strengthen systems to support growth. Earlier, she held leadership roles at Paper Source and worked in consulting at McKinsey & Company and A.T. Kearney.
